 A lot of things happened for the past 2 weeks plus. Lots of challenges, lots of fun, lots of frustration, lots of surprises, lots of mixed emotions. I won't write on everything. I just want to say I'm kind of disappointed with my promos results. It's not surprising that I failed Biology, but I was amazed at how badly I flunked it. The moment I got my paper back, I suddenly recalled how I did the paper with difficulty, together with a tinge of giving up. I could only blame myself actually, because of my useless brain which couldn't absorb the contents well enough even though I started revising for Biology one month before promos. I also thought that TKL should bear some responsibility as well. I really don't like the idea of him continuing to teach us next year. He has certainly created a mess in Biology for me. I guess I should just rely on myself to work hard for Biology next year. I want Karman Chua back! Hmm speaking of subjects, I was thinking what our Math and GP teacher will be next year. I guess for GP it would be Miss Comeaux, but for Math, I really had no idea. Hope it's not some noob guy like TKL. I should really start mugging hard after OP is over, but I always don't do whatever I've promised myself lol. Tomorrow's my OP prelim! Kinda nervous, even for now. I'm really afraid that I'll screw up, even though it's just a prelim. Hope everything goes well for my group (: And we just send our WR (Baby, as said by Shimin) away, like finally, after months and months of editing. I WONDER HOW MDM LUI KNOWS THAT I GOT A BLOG!!  Yesterday was the last day of promos for me. It didn't end with a great paper. My last paper was Biology, and it kind of sucked terribly. I've never felt so insecure about passing Biology before, and there wasn't a time when I didn't know how to do so many questions, that was my first time. I think I just lost 20 marks straight, even though I attempted those questions that I didn't know how to do as intelligently as possible, but my intelligence has limits lol. I could only pin all my hopes on Geography for a B, or even an A. The rest, I think I'll just leave it to fate and the new religion: Moderation. After the last paper, Chungkai, Jianher, Jonathan and I went out of school to do some fun stuff. It's kinda funny then we've been thinking and asking one another where to go and what to do after the last paper since Wednesday morning. In the end we were still deciding and changing plans when we reach the bus stop outside Ikea where we had high-tea, so class siol. Then we sat at the bus stop and wait for the bus which took eons to come. Chungkai even dozed off while waiting LOL. We finally reached Jianher's house and it was like OMG. I don't really know what to say, it's just like antiques and fengshui stuff everywhere in the house. I really love his balcony. It's spacious and filled with small plants, water plants and even fishes. The scenery was damn nice, I swear haha, even nicer than Celine's bungalow. His father breeds blue lobsters and puffer fish in the fish tanks, so exotic hahaha, totally cool. There were statues and and porcelain everywhere and it felt almost like we were walking into a mini museum. We went to play Halo and Call of Duty(I think?) and I really sucked at such games hahaha. I couldn't coordinate well and yeah, kept being killed by Chungkai lol. We played for like 2 hours and it's time for dinner. I didn't join them for dinner and I was kinda guilty because his mother kept asking me to stay. And I looked towards the balcony it was almost like a feast, with 4 bowls all prepared. Sigh but I still went home. Jianher walked me out of the condo and it was reeeeaaalllly dark. At one point of time he told me to be careful of the drains and within the next split second, I fell into the drain T.T LOL. It wasn't really painful and didn't get any cuts or bruise haha. When I got home I sewed the ripped areas of my bag. And I burned my leg with a blob of molten glue T.T and the skin was burnt, exposing the next layer, but it was white. I thought it should be red, so I assumed that the red part which I thought was flesh, became cooked due to high temperature lol. Man, I don't want to have an ugly scar on my nice leg D: lol. So that's about yesterday. It's kind of sian that I didn't have any activities today, except for going to school to sell photos in the morning. I went home and bathed, maple, watched kdrama, dinner, maple, watched kdrama. BORING. Sunday, October 3, 2010
 Why I chose to update today? No other reason, because I'm distracted. It's kind of weird that I could sit in front of my revision stuff for seven consecutive hours fpr the past three days, but I can't seem to do the same for today. I started playing guitar, after that watch teevee, then started singing, and finally, I landed myself in front of the computer, yeah hi (: I'm quite positive that I'll be able to get at least a D for my Chemistry LOL (considering that I got 40.5/80 for my mock promos). As for the rest, I don't know what to say. Math: APGP, Summation, Appl. of Integration. SIGH. Biology: Viruses, Evolution. SIGH. GP: SIGHH. Geography: WHOLE THING. SIGHHHH.... That kind of explains why I am so free now haha. Not really free, but kind of given up ji pua already. Not really that nervous, but whenever I thought of what results I might get, my the butterflies in my stomach start biting the walls within my stomach, instead of flying. Hope that I'll get promoted yeah :D |
